This benefit is included in the existing Wiley journal subscription and applies to a limited number of articles during the contract period.

The agreement provides a total of 98 publication vouchers for 2026, allocated as follows:

• 76 vouchers for publishing in hybrid journals

• 22 vouchers for publishing in fully open access (Gold Open Access) journals

A list of journals covered by the Read & Publish agreement is available in the appendix at the end of this announcement.

The opportunity applies to all Croatian researchers, specifically corresponding authors whose home institutions participate in the Wiley journal subscription, including the Ruđer Bošković Institute. Authors will be identified based on their stated affiliation and the official institutional email address used during manuscript submission.

To qualify for open access publishing under this agreement, manuscripts must be submitted and accepted for publication between 1 January and 31 December 2026.
