A Guide to DMP and FULIR data

Following the opening of the second round of calls by the Croatian Science Foundation – Research Projects (IP-2026) and Installation Research Projects (UIP-2026) – we invite you to a KEKS seminar dedicated to the preparation and deposit of mandatory project documentation.

The focus of the lecture is on the preparation of the Data Management Plan (DMP) and its deposit in the FULIR data repository. During the training, we will cover:

- New HRZZ DMP template: a presentation and detailed description of the new Data Management Plan template, along with clear guidelines on how to complete it correctly.

- Storage in FULIR data: step-by-step instructions for submitting your DMP record into the institutional repository within the Dabar system.

Please be reminded that the second round of HRZZ calls opens on 26 March 2026, and the application deadline is 27 April 2026 at 13:00.

Due to the limited number of seats, registration is required.

Time and venue: Monday, April 20, 2026, at 14:00 h, Hall (3rd wing) 

The workshop is intended for employees of the Ruđer Bošković Institute. 

Participants are recommended to bring their own laptops.
